CUSTOMS REGULATIONS & DUTY TAXES

Please note that Julian Rouas Paris Inc. will not be held responsible for restrictions that may exist in your region. We kindly ask that you familiarize yourself with the local laws and policies governing the importation of items offered for sale onour website before you place an order.

Orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addressee as JULIAN ROUAS PARIS INC. has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged.

Please note that order shipments returned to JULIAN ROUAS PARIS INC. due to failure to pay import taxes or custom duties may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Returns/Exchange

Please note: Only products purchased on julianrouasparis.com may be returned for refund or exchange. If you purchased our products from another vendor, please contact them directly regarding their declared policies. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, please contact us by phone at 1-800-JRP(577)-0523

In order to return merchandise, you must contact our customer service department at customercare@julianrouasparis.com within 72 hrs of merchandise delivery. We will then issue you an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization number which is required before shipping any merchandise back. We will not issue credit for merchandise returned without a return authorization from our company, nor will we ship it back to you at our expense.

You may return any unopened and unused merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging and packing slip within 10 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

We charge a 20% restocking fee for any merchandise that is not returned in its unused, original condition and packaging. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

All returns must be shipped back to Julian Rouas Paris Inc. using a traceable courier.(UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Any package that has not been received by Julian Rouas Paris Inc. and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.

**Please allow up to 21 business days to process your return or exchange.

If your package is returned to Julian Rouas Paris Inc. marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge the initial shipping charges for re-shipping fee.

Can I cancel my order?

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. If you
have any other questions, please email us at customercare@julianrouasparis.comand we will process your order cancellation. Kindly note in case in the ordered items have already been dispatched, no cancellation will be possible.

What if I think my order is lost?

check the order, status in My account. You must notify us within 15 days from the date of your order if you did not receive it.
